“When Joe knocked on my mum’s door a few months ago, we were at first suspicious about what he was offering – a free boiler, loft insulation and new valves on the radiators. It sounded too good to be true, but it was true! I’ve got to admit that right until the last minute when the heating engineers turned up to carry out the work, I half expected to get a phone call to say ‘Sorry we made a mistake, you don’t qualify.’
The whole process was so easy and with minimal paperwork. Huge thanks to Joe Naylor, to the surveyor who did an extremely thorough job of checking the house and noting exactly what was needed to make it more energy efficient, to the two lovely lads who did the work over two days.
