WHO CAN APPLY?

NHS REFERRAL

You will qualify for free heating and insulation through an NHS referral. For health conditions related to mobility, cardiovascular – high blood pressure, heart failure, stroke; Respiratory – asthma, lung cancer, COPD and immunosuppressed – cancer, splenectomy, rheumatological disease.

LOW INCOME

If your combined income before tax is below £31,000 annually you will be eligible for free heating and insulation upgrades.

QUALIFYING BENEFITS

You will qualify if someone in your household is in receipt of benefits. These are: pension, savings credit, tax credit, universal credit, child tax benefit, working tax, housing benefit, employee & support allowance, income support and pension gurantee credit

Where is the funding coming from?

The funding comes from all the big six major energy companies who have a Government obligation to reduce their carbon emissions throughout the UK. You do not need to repay this back.
